Built for the people who get paid last.

For talent

The job wrapped weeks ago. The invoice is still sitting in a brand's finance queue. Send it to Eiva and get most of it this week.

For agencies

Your clients pay in 60 to 90 days. Your talent, your crew and your rent don't wait that long. Fund the invoices you choose and pay everyone on your timeline, not the brand's.

What would you receive?

The fee

One fee. You see it before you commit.

There's no interest, no setup cost and no charge for a quiet month. Each invoice carries a single fixed fee, quoted up front and locked in when you accept.

The decision is about the invoice and your client, not your credit history.

Once you accept, the fee is locked. If your client pays late, it doesn't go up. The one exception: on a direct invoice, if your repayment isn't collected on the due date, a late fee applies. It's set out in your agreement, and if your client is running late you can tell us before the due date and we'll agree a new one.

Frequently asked questions

Will my client know I'm using Eiva?

Depends on the invoice. We fund in two ways.

Direct: your client pays you as usual, and we collect what's owed from you by Direct Debit on the invoice's due date.

Assigned: your client pays us instead of you. We send their accounts team a standard notice, which brands and labels handle all the time.

Your offer will say which applies. Either way, the contract, the contact and the next job stay yours.

What does it cost?

One fixed fee per invoice, shown in your offer before you accept. No interest, no setup fee, nothing if you don't use us.

Do I need to be a limited company?

No. Sole traders, individuals and companies are all fine. What matters is the invoice and who it's addressed to.

Which invoices qualify?

Work you've delivered and your client has accepted, invoiced to an established business. We don't fund disputed work, consumer invoices or work that hasn't happened yet.

What if my client pays late?

On an assigned invoice, nothing changes for you. We chase your client. On a direct invoice, your repayment date is fixed to the invoice due date, so if your client is running late, tell us before then and we'll agree a new date. Late repayments carry a late fee, set out in your agreement.

How fast can I start?

Create an account, verify your identity, upload your first invoice. Usually the same day.

Still waiting on an invoice? Tell us about it and we'll tell you what we'd advance.

Send us your next invoice.
